d60 holds your account data only for as long as required by the applicable legal framework and our internal data-retention schedule.

Data Storage

Your personal details, transaction history, and login records are stored on encrypted servers. We do not share this data with third parties for marketing purposes, and you can request a full data export at any time through your account settings.

Cookie Policy

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to improve page load speed. You can manage cookie preferences from the footer of any page; disabling analytics cookies does not affect your account access or wallet functions.

Account Security

Every account is protected by two-factor authentication via your registered mobile number. If we detect a login from an unrecognised device, we hold the session and send a verification code to your number before granting access.

Data Retention

We keep account records for the period required under applicable financial regulations. Once that period expires and your account is closed, personal data is deleted from live systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

Rights Requests

The terms apply from the moment you complete account registration. By opening an account you confirm you have read and accepted the current version. A dated copy is always available in your account dashboard under the Policy Documents tab.

We can update the terms when required by law or when we introduce new services. We will notify you at least seven days in advance. If you do not accept the changes, you must close your account before the effective date to avoid being bound by the revision.

Any clause found unenforceable in the relevant jurisdiction is severed from the agreement. The remaining clauses continue in full force. We will replace an unenforceable clause with the nearest enforceable equivalent that preserves the original intent.

Transactions via UPI, PhonePe, and Paytm are subject to the payment conditions in Section 4 of these terms. Processing times, reversal rights, and dispute procedures for each method are described there in full, alongside our maximum processing windows.

Go to your account settings and choose Data Rights, or email our compliance address. We confirm receipt within 48 hours. Access requests are fulfilled within 14 days; deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations that apply to your account.

If your account is restricted under these terms, we will tell you why in writing within 24 hours. You have the right to file a formal dispute. Our compliance team reviews it independently and gives you a written outcome within five business days.
